One-to-one, personalized weight loss and wellness counseling from the privacy of your own home. Session are designed around individual needs tailored to achieve sustainable, exciting results. Exercise and nutritional plans are tailored to each individual. Sessions are conducted via Skype, FaceTime, or by phone. Each session will build a foundation for long-term weight loss goals and deliver the results you deserve.

Before doing the program I was an over-weight extreme all or nothing thinker and yo-yo dieter and binge eater (and for over 10 years) and spent majority of my time completely anxious, depressed and obsessed with my fluctuating weight and was very unhappy and out of control. I resorted to “over eaters anonymous” and tried every diet in the book from veganism to Atkins to no food at all – once lasting 8 days with no solids (an extreme outcome for a food junkie!)
